ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending XCO CYBERCORP,LLC and/or FUTURA X events, I voluntarily assume all risks related to the event, including but not limited to:
1. Injury or harm from loud music, strobe lights, or crowd dynamics.
2. Loss or damage to personal property.
3. Exposure to photography, videography, and recording.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release and hold harmless XCO CYBERCORP,LLC and/or FUTURA X, Event venue, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my attendance.
MEDIA USAGE
By attending XCO CYBERCORP,LLC and/or FUTURA X Events, I grant permission to:
1. Photograph, record, or videotape my image, voice, or likeness.
2. Use and distribute such media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
3. Share media on social media platforms, websites, or other channels.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
I understand that the following activities are prohibited:
1. Professional photography or recording without explicit permission.
2. Use of drones or aerial devices.
3. Distribution of unauthorized promotional materials.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All event materials, including audio, video, and visual content, remain the property of XCO CYBERCORP,LLC and/or FUTURA X
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
If I have sensitivity to light, sound, or other elements, I take full responsibility for my well-being.
TICKET TERMS
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to event terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dallas, Texas laws.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all attendees, performers, and staff at electronic shows.
General Principles
1. Respect others' boundaries, opinions, and differences.
2. Foster an inclusive environment, free from harassment and discrimination.
3. Prioritize safety, well-being, and responsible behavior.
Attendee Responsibilities
1. Obtain and carry valid admission credentials (tickets, wristbands, etc.).
2. Follow venue rules, signs, and instructions from staff and security.
3. Respect the venue, equipment, and surrounding property.
4. Keep the venue clean; dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
5. Refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances.
6. Avoid aggressive or disruptive behavior (moshing, crowd-surfing, etc.).
7. Report incidents, concerns, or suspicious activity to staff or security.
Personal Safety and Well-being
1. Stay hydrated and take breaks in designated areas.
2. Monitor your belongings; report lost items to lost and found.
3. Be mindful of your physical and mental limits.
4. Seek medical attention if needed.
Harassment and Discrimination Policy
1. No tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
2. Respect others' personal space and consent.
3. Report incidents to staff, security, or a trusted authority.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
1. Verbal warning from staff or security.
2. Removal from the venue without refund.
3. Ban from future events.
4. Law enforcement involvement (if necessary).
Emergency Procedures
1. Familiarize yourself with venue emergency exits and protocols.
2. Follow instructions from staff, security, and emergency responders.
